You can join for 3 months, 6 months or for all 12 months. You select for the Candle Club to deliver either a beautiful 3” X 6” pillar with a burn time of 80 hours – or a pair of the tapers with a burn time of 8 hours. All hand poured and hand painted by our artisans at Kapula, 90% of whom are single mothers.
Each delivery is a seasonal candle that arrives at the door and says ‘I am thinking of you’, making your gift message last all year instead of one day. And these beautiful candles turn the artistry of South Africa into self-sufficiency for the women who make them, providing these artisans with the ability to take care of not only themselves, but their children and often their extended families.
