Tea bag tea light candles are colorfully decorated with recycled teabags that are hand painted by local artisans, most of whom are single moms living in the neighboring township. There is so much interest and support in this project that recycled teabags are donated from all over the world to Original T-Bag Design's workshop, located just outside Cape Town. The bags are carefully taken apart, ironed and then become a pallet for the artisans work!

These tea lights glow beautifully when burning. Each is 6" tall x 4" wide and are available in 4 design themes that have three painted t-bag panels, one on each side (pictured).

The designs may vary because each artisan has their own special designs they paint, however the colors and themes remain the same in any one design.
